Website visits

I want to process as little personal information as possible when you use my website. That's why I've chosen Fathom Analytics for my website analytics.

Fathom Analytics is a privacy-friendly website analytics software. It does not use cookies, and it complies with the GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, PECR, COPPA and CCPA/CPRA. As per the CCPA/CPRA, your personal information is de-identified.

It only briefly processes your IP address, and I have no way of identifying you. You can read more about this on the Fathom Analytics website.

I use analytics software to understand traffic to my website in the most privacy-friendly way possible. This helps me continually improve my website and my business services. The lawful basis as per the GDPR is "Article 6(1)(f); where our legitimate interests are to improve our website and business continually."

I do not store personal data over time.

Content Updates Readiness Assessment

The quiz embedded on this site is served from a separate application hosted and published on Lovable. Lovable records standard usage analytics when the quiz page loads, including visitor and pageview counts, bounce rate, visit duration, referring traffic source, device type, and pages viewed. Lovable processes this on my behalf and reports it only in aggregate; it is not linked to your quiz responses and I cannot use it to identify you.

Lovable sets one technical cookie on the quiz page, used to route requests to the correct version of the application. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Nothing else is stored on your device.

The quiz records anonymous responses so I can understand which content-operations challenges are most common.

When you complete the quiz, I store the answer options you selected, your resulting readiness tier, and the month of completion. I do not collect or store your name, email address, IP address, or any other information that could identify you. I do not store incomplete responses if you begin the quiz but do not reach the results page.

Because the records I hold contain no identifying information, they cannot be linked to you. Neither I nor anyone else is able to identify who submitted a particular response. For the same reason, I am unable to locate, provide a copy of, or delete an individual response once it has been submitted.

Quiz responses are stored in Lovable Cloud, the managed backend platform I use to host this application, acting as my data processor and are used only in aggregate to identify common patterns. I use the responses to understand which content-update challenges are most common. I do not sell them or share individual responses with third parties.
