Work

I'm a freelance content marketing and operations consultant working with companies in no-code/AI app development, social media management, data privacy and consent management, online marketplaces, and ecommerce, among other industries.

In another lifetime, I was a maritime lawyer working on wet and dry litigation and arbitration cases. Not shipping finance, though. Numbers are not my friend.

I'm a remote work advocate and have worked with clients and coworkers from California to Australia. I'm also a member of The Digital Marketing Union, the best global community of independent digital marketers.

Personal Projects

I'm working on a few personal projects at the moment:

• Freelance Rate Guide: A website I built to connect freelancers with resources to achieve financial sustainability.
• Personal productivity workflows: If you're an Alfred user (or just curious), you can download my workflow for changing Klack switches directly from Alfred.
• LinkedIn Content Library & Analyzer app: A personal app I built to browse through and analyze my LinkedIn posts, and to generate data-backed ideas for new content. You can read more about it on the Buffer blog and view the changelog.

Play

Outside of work, you can find me reading a book (preferably crime fiction) or in the pool.

I love taking photos but don't have much time or occasion to do so these days. My favourite places to take photos are gatherings or events, when I can capture candid photos of people just being themselves (pro tip: wear black to blend in to the background and nobody notices the photographer).
